The Unique Square® shaped needle used with the cable has superior joins, precise points and smooth joins that swivel. A relief to tired wrists and helps create more uniform stitch gauge. **Add the 9" cable to a 3.5" tips to get a 16" circular needle! If added to a 5.5" interchangeable tip you will get an 18" circular needle.

Kollage recently changed the packaging to the actual cable length. A 50" cable is what was the 60" Cable as when you add 5.5" tips the completed length is 60".

The needles and tips are made of a high grade aluminum have precise points which are excellent for fine yarns such as fingering yarn, sock yarn and lace yarn. Kollage knitting needles originally became known for the Square® shape which are easier on your hands while producing a more even stitch gauge. Each needle is laser etched with size and length. Due to the difference in Square needles compared to traditional round needles, we STRONGLY, recommend you knit a swatch gauge. Please Note - most knitters go up one needle size in circulars and DPN's to obtain gauge.
