Malabrigo Dos Tierras Sunset 096 Merino Baby Alpaca DK Yarn Soft Gold Yellow Sweater

Malabrigo Dos Tierras - Sunset 096

Meaning "Two Lands," Malabrigo Dos Tierras combines two of South America's finest fibers: 50% fine Uruguayan merino wool and 50% Peruvian baby alpaca. Sunset 096 showcases a radiant, warm golden yellow with rich amber and honey undertones with subtle kettle-dyed tonal depth, offering unmatched next-to-skin softness, graceful drape, and crisp stitch definition.

A Note on Unique Craftsmanship & Media:
Original photos display the exact hanks available in stock. Sunset 096 brings vibrant warmth to multi-color shawls like the Friendship Shawl (Malabrigo KAL 2024, designed by Jill Tamminen) and coordinates beautifully in colorwork patterns such as the Koriburi Shawl (free pattern on Ravelry). Because Dos Tierras is hand-dyed, alternating skeins every few rows is recommended for seamless color distribution.
