Dos Tierras means Two Lands, reflecting the sources of the two amazing fibers found in this ultra-soft Dried Orange 895. By spinning together 50% fine Uruguayan Merino wool with 50% baby alpaca from Peru Malabrigo has created a DK weight yarn that is as versatile as it is beautiful. When the good stitch definition and drape of this four ply yarn is combined with the amazing kettle-dyed semi-solid and variegated colors of Malabrigo you have the perfect palette to show off your stitch work. All hanks are from the same batch a beautiful hand dyed Dried Orange.
Great for: Accessories and hand-wash-friendly garments, next-to-skin wear, lace, cables, color work, and textured stitches. Priced per hank.
